Alison Doody

Alison Doody was born in Dublin, Ireland on November 11, in 1966. The model is as well an Irish actor. Doody played alongside Sean Connery in the film in the role of Indy's father. In the year 1991, Doody was co-starring with Jonathan Pryce in British mini-series Selling Hitler inspired by the publishing fraud known as the Hitler Diaries. The actress later relocated to Hollywood. It was her choice to succeed Cybill Shepard in the role of L'Oreal spokeswoman. She went on to star opposite Charlie Sheen as Flannery, his wife and agent on the film Major League II. Doody's first appearance on the big screen took place in 2003 when Michael Caine played Doody in an uncredited role. In 2004, Doody starred with Patrick Swayze alongside a TV version of King Solomon's Mines. Also, she appeared in Benjamin's Struggle (2005), a pamphlet describing the Holocaust. In 2010 Doody shot a part of Danny Dyer's movie The Rapture (2010). Later, she appeared as a guest in RTE's medical drama The Clinic and was set to star in a 2011 remake of the classic horror film The Asphyx but the project later stalled.
