Iliza Shlesinger

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was born on 22nd February, 1983 is an American actress, comedian and executive producer. She was the winner of 2008's Last Comic Standing and went on to host the dating show syndicated by TBS Excused and the TBS game show Separation Anxiety.





 In 2017 Shlesinger hosted her own late-night talk show called Truth & Iliza on Freeform. 5 As of 2022, she's launched six comedy specials for Netflix. Her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show premiered on Netflix in April 2020.



 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was a daughter of an Jewish family. [6] She was raised in Dallas, Texas, where her family moved when she was still a baby. She went to the private Greenhill School in Addison, Texas, where she studied Spanish and played on the school's improv team.





 Shlesinger performed with ComedySportz Dallas. She also studied at the University of Kansas her freshman year. She also performed in Semester at Sea. Then, she went on to Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts. There, she studied film. In her time at Emerson she developed editing and writing skills and was a part of Jimmy's Traveling All Stars, a comedy group on campus.

 Shlesinger graduated from college and then moved to Los Angeles to pursue stand up comedy. She was one the most well-known performers of the Whiteboy Comedy troupe of standup comedians from Los Angeles. It brought her to The Improv in Hollywood.
